I am writing to urgently request a review and removal of feedback that is unfairly impacting our seller account.
The feedback in question states:
“3 of the globes were badly dented during transport. Really poor quality for the cost of the item.”
This feedback does not relate to our service as a seller, but instead reflects a product review regarding item condition and quality. According to Amazon’s Feedback Policy, such comments are considered product reviews and should not be classified as seller feedback.
We initially submitted a removal request via the automated tool, which was denied.We also submitted case 11478614602 to the seller support department, but were told that they did not have the authority to handle it.
However, we respectfully ask for this case to be reconsidered for the following reasons:
1. Irrelevant to Seller Performance – The buyer’s concern is about product condition/quality, not our service, shipping, or customer support.
2. Issue Resolved with Buyer – We proactively contacted the buyer, arranged replacements for the damaged items, and the buyer confirmed satisfaction with the resolution.
This feedback is negatively affecting our performance metrics and account health despite the fact that we complied with Amazon policies and provided timely, effective after-sales support.
We kindly request that this feedback be escalated to the appropriate team for review and removal, as it falls under Amazon’s policy for feedback removal.

Since the buyer responded to your queries, may i know if you have kindly asked the buyer to remove the feedback? If he/she says yes and do not know how to remove it please provide the steps so he/she can remove it
