As a small business reseller i have been listing items over the past 2 years then suddenly Amazon have been removing my listings as a brand authorisation has not been given. My issue is large brand holder like Cadbury will not issue this for on line market place. Cadbury have directly stated they do give authority to sell through online market place !!!!
Making attempt to contact any brand owner to gain this authoristation appears almost impossible, even contacting wholesalers they will not consent as they do not own the brand.
Has anyone had similar experience and found a way around this barrier. My small business is on the verge of closure.... please help

If Cadbury have stated they dont want their items sold on marketplaces then you cant. There is no workaround - Amazon are legally bound to make their sellers comply.
Sorry but if Cadbury don't want bundles building of multiple bars listing so you get the ASIN to yourself, that is their choice.
Looking at some of your listngs like B0CVHH9KWJ you are including Sold by Sweetalicious in the title of hte listing. This is against amazon policy. If you want to have your own listings - stick to ebay.
You are in amazons house and need to stick to amazons rules. There are no workarounds.
This happened to me after selling a brand with no issue before, suddenly I had to ask permission. I was told that listings are investigated all the time and regulated, what didn't need authorisation then, does now. This happened on 3 brands I was selling. They came with the same jargon GSI proof, going to the CEO of the company and get them to sign in blood, would be the only way that they would let me sell the products. 3 branded items overnight I couldn't sell, yet I could 48 hours before. It corrected itself, somehow, within a couple of weeks. I knew it was a glitch, but Amazon would not have it. Sorry that this is no comfort to you right now, but it does highlight a problem.
