Support Nightmare

I am having a nightmare with online seller support for an issue with my FBA inventory. I find the support terrible does anyone know of a way to contact Amazon by phone and to a call centre in the UK or Ireland?

The support is generally - not great. You’d be better spent putting your issue here to see if anyone can help.

Could you please tell me more about this discrepancy?

Is it a discrepancy when amazon has been receiving your goods into FBA and they have marked them as missing without the option to investigate?

Before emailing the Person mentioned below, please try to explain the issue you have on this forum fully as you will often find we are of more use than support.

for your information, you can always email managingdirector@amazon.co.uk, But please do not email them without a full brief of what is happening, they will only reply to you if they think your issue is urgent and in need of help. this is usually only when you have exhausted all other possibilities.

I found the best way to get help was to send a message on the support page. You may have to do this more than once, but if you let them know that you are getting stressed about it you will find the help you need. I have had experience of this myself, with a payment issue, but eventually it was all sorted out.

We have a similar problem that has been ongoing since June. The wrong items were checked in and I asked for a bin check and ASIN check / shipment check, but to no avail. Amazon even checked the units, took photos of the boxes, and told me that everything was okay, despite being able to see that the barcode / ASIN on the boxes that they had sent photos of, were different to what they checked in.

They are totally inept at resolving basic problems unfortunately.
