Flawed methodology to calculate IPI , Sell through and storage
HI everyone ,
I think the methodology of amazon to calculate Sell through rate is wrong. It is only attributing sales done in UK and not taking into account sales done in other European countries through EFN . My inventory is kept in UK and i sell in all 8 countries in the EFN network .
Across Europe I have sold more than 1000 units in the last 3 months but Amazon is only showing 460 units For IPI calculation. Amazon has provided storage capacity to manage UK sales only . Now I am unable to manage inventory because it takes 2 months for the inventory to reach Fc from the source country . I need double the storage that is provided and capacity manager is not the answer as this would be a recurring problem .
Anyone has Solution ?
