Amazon uk Bot has gone totally againt Sellers

wise man once said "AI would be destruction for humanity". and It has begun with Amazon BOT AI.

Every generic product is mistaken with apple products. My totally generic earbuds which has nothing to do with any model of apple air pods,( it has display screen with black strip) , listed on amazon uk was suppressed, And so called humans sitting on the other hand ( Amazon support Centre) are good for nothing, when you ask for assistance they keep sending you the same email every time.. When you call them, the easiest solution for them is call back your inventory and relist the product. and seller have to, because the account health is deteriorating

In returns from buyer, mostly seller doesn't get back the same product in package, it could be used item by buyer or some garbage in the box. and the poor seller can not to any thing but to accept it.

In short , seller is squeezed between amazon and buyers both.
