Universal DVD Application - constant rejection
Hi all,
I have been trying to get approval from Universal for months now, I supply an invoice from HMV with my name, company name, address, product name and quantity which is 10 units, their address and the date, I also send a picture of the product and the box it came in which also has my name, address and their address. The same rejection message I get is 'to ensure the mutual success of our sellers' and I can't get any further information no matter how much I ask or try.
Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?

Don't beleive HMV are a wholesaler which will be your problem.

Have you clipped the footer of the invoice you show?
From what we can see there is no phone number and email address for Amazon to contact the supplier to verify the invoice is genuine.
Invoices would generally have an invoice number as well as an order reference.
The invoice you're presenting here looks like it was cobbled together in Word, there's no supplier SKU, unless the supplier works to at least four decimal places then 10 x 3.99 doesn't equal 39.92 and unless there is a delivery charge somewhere that we can't see the VAT figure is wrong too!

Hello
Thank you for reaching out.
In the Seller University, you will find information about the basic requirements for invoice documents: Introduction to Invoice Requirements.
I agree with @Seller_mS10UjVYuuGor. The document you have shared does not appear to be a legitimate invoice. I will delete this document to protect your data.
Best regards,
Julia.

It sounds like it's a VAT invoice issued by a retailer, normally the till receipt should be enough but you can always ask for a more detailed VAT invoice. It's for VAT purposes only, and doesn't show that you bought your products from a manufacturer or wholesaler, like Amazon expect.
