Please help regarding chargebacks.
I have been scammed.
Six months ago I received a chargeback from Amazon.
Buyer returned the return request but sent back trash.
They made an AZ claim and our company supported the claim.
It then developed into a chargeback and we provided documentation and photos several times.
Then we were informed that the money would be deducted from our account six months later.
This is clearly a crime, but what should we do in such a case?

I know this as charge-back fraud.
Unfortunately, Amazon does not have protections against charge-back fraud. If you want to do anything about this, you have to go to your police station and file charges on the person who committed charge-back fraud.
