How can we reactivate our account?

We started selling our first products in May 2024. In July we were moved to section 3, and later deactivated by Amazon. The section 3 process reviewed 3 of our products.

In September, an inventory investigation was also launched by amazon, which was supposed to be successfully closed. This review examined all our products, including those that were in section 3. The products were moved out of on-hold status in December, but our account remained deactive and we were unable to list them. As a result, Amazon destroyed all our products.

To our knowledge, all of our products are original, but the distributor does not provide their own bills. We have LOAs for one of our product groups, but these have also been destroyed by Amazon.

The account health is now 200 points, not a single violation.

Amazon does not give more details about the problem. This is what we read in their reply:

We have taken this measure on your account as we believe that your account or other related accounts operated by you may have been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

What can be done? We have already filed 20 appeals with all possible documentation...

Are you selling branded products? You need LOA's from the brands, not the suppliers.

"To our knowledge, all of our products are original, but the distributor does not provide their own bills. We have LOAs for one of our product groups, but these have also been destroyed by Amazon."-this says you hav no idea what you are doing and are not sourcing properly.

Nothing at all. Nobody recovers from "deceptive, fraudulent and illegal".
