Removal Orders taking far too long, can anyone help?
Hi,
Following Amazon’s request in June 2024 for us to remove all FBA inventory in the UK and EU before we can send in updated stock to FBA, I raised some removal orders to remove the inventory in the UK and EU. It has been over 3 months and they are not close to being removed. Units are constantly cancelled and we have to keep raising new removal orders.
Been raising cases to speed up the process but keep getting templated / unhelpful responses.
We need these removals done ASAP and basically get our units to 0 on both UK and EU in order to get our listings reinstated. I'm getting sandwiched between 2 different teams at Amazon here. One refused to reinstate our listing until we have 0 inventory, another refuses to speed up the removal of our inventory.
This is significantly affecting our business.

Unfortunately, from our end, we cannot expedite your removal order request.
According to help page related, states, it can take 90 days or more for a removal order to process and the shipment to leave the fulfilment center. Once the carrier has picked up your removed inventory, they’ll contact your designated recipient to arrange delivery. If they can’t arrange delivery, Amazon will contact you to help resolve the issue.
