I need urgent assistance regarding an issue affecting one of my listings.

Kingfisher 2.4m Wooden Black Garden Parasol

EAN: 5013478135322

I am an authorized seller under the “Kingfisher” brand on Amazon. Recently, I discovered that the brand name on my listing has been changed by another seller, even though everything else on the listing remains the same, including:

Product title (still contains “Kingfisher”)

EAN

Manufacturer details

Images and description

However, the brand name has been altered from "Kingfisher" to another brand, and I had no part in this change.

⚠️ Key points:

I am not the brand owner, so I do not have authority to file a brand infringement claim or make brand-level changes.

I do, however, have authorization to sell these products under the “Kingfisher” brand, and this listing was originally created with that brand name.

This unauthorized brand change is affecting my business and customer experience.

I kindly request that this issue be investigated and the brand name be reverted back to “Kingfisher” as it was previously.
