Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions Policy

My Amazon account has just been verified. I sent my first products to Amazon's warehouse. However, even after 1 month, the purchase box was closed. While I wasn't in my office, my 11-year-old cousin chatted with the seller support team using unprofessional language. After that my account was deactivated. Even though I have sent an e-mail 5-6 times, I receive a response stating that we want more information. Can you please help with this? My account is still closed :(

It would help to know what you sent to them as an appeal and what they said in response.
I expect as the absolute minimum they want evidence that you can keep your account secure and prevent other people from accessing it.
Depending on what was actually said in the original case with Support by someone on your account, they also may want you to admit that it was in fact you, you are very sorry and that perhaps you were under a lot of stress and have found more productive avenues to relieve stress now.
