Account is under verification and disbursement are hold from first day of creating account ,

Hello everyone

hope you find this message in your good.

I have created an account in Nov 2023 and start selling on amazon. on dec 20 2023 Amazon has asked me to submit the Passport again. i have submit it on the same date.My account is under verification.in identity tab showing that this process take up to 48 hours or 10 working days but i it has been more then 2 months .I have attached my individual bank account. My account is under company name but i have attached individual account. From Nov 20,2023i have not rereceive any disbursement which causing alot of stress for me.
