How to find a list of Amazon initiated refunds?

For the first time ever I did a SAFE-T claim today and it was accepted within 30 minutes - customer did not return item.

I have had quite a few of these this year but also several other refunds that I initiated myself after discussion with the customer. Is there a list or report where I can filter out and view the automatic Amazon ones that I can make a SAFE-T claim on?

Thanks.

You can generate a Return Report and if you open it in Excel - column V is Resolution. Those that show as RefundAtFirstScan would be the ones where you had no control over the refund.

That being said, you would only be able to open Safe-T claims going back 60 days and you can only claim if you have received the return back. If lost in transit - you are supposed to claim via the courier.
