New SKU allocated to an existing ASIN?
Hi team,
I have tried to add/list a new SKU but for some reasons the system allocated the new SKU to an existing/old ASIN instead of creating a new ASIN.
I have explained so many times to Support team, as this is not something usual to happen and the system should allocate a new ASIN.
Every time I've been told to delete the listing, to add and list a new SKU, which is now impossible as this is our internal SKU and we can't use or provide a new one for the same product.
Think our case should be taken to an appropriate team to delete all connections and links behind and after we can try to list again this SKU, or may be they would be able to remap the SKU to a new ASIN.
Would really appreciate if someone had a similar experience to share with or if Amazon team can help and review our case.
Look forward to receiving news from you soon,
