I am licensed BRP seller for Sea-Doo products. We used to sell so many Life Jackets online until Amazon new policy requirements came into effect. I got denied all last year but was able to get more documents this year.

We uploaded manual pictures of our life jackets from and back, all safety information, the part number on the tag, pictures of what the Brand is and which logo is the manufacturer. We uploaded the place cards, ISO documents, UL documents, certificates of compliance. Pretty much every document I can find. We don't Level 100 Buoyancy Jackets and they keep asking for this document. I got it from the manufacturer as they have all the UL requirements for future use. I have uploaded these documents and re-submitted, and amazon came back and said that these documents are still missing and now wants an affidavit from the manufacturer for every single life jacket part number. It's becoming beyond taxing to deal with but this is a huge part of our Summer revenue we are missing out on.

In my pictures I even name them the individual ASIN and part number and size. Every time I submit they come back with a new requirement and even ask for the same documents I have already uploaded. ITs clear to me that a human is not reading these things and its just AI scanning. I have even tried to name the documents the exact same as the requested documents and its still not working. I have opened cases, called, and still get the same answer from CS "we don't know; open a case".

Any advice would be helpful?
