I am reaching out because I have a shipment that was delivered to Amazon on January 5th, but it has still not been added to my inventory. It has been 26 days, and despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have not received any response or update regarding the status of my shipment.
This delay is severely affecting my business. Not only am I losing potential sales, but I am also frustrated by the lack of communication from Amazon. As sellers, we rely on timely inventory updates, and waiting this long without any response is unacceptable.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? How can I escalate this to get a resolution? I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions.

The receiving process is fully automated and no human can intervene. This was certainly mentionned in the answer when you created a case.
A hundred times. Go search similar threads: Go on top an click “Discussions”, put the filters on the left on «Recommended” and “Past year”, then write "shipment not received" or something similar in the search bar on top and read the countless threads.
From now on, READ the forum daily. You will learn a lot of helpful things.

Thanks to Brigitte for the reply above, but confirming here as well that FBA receiving timelines can extend out several weeks depending on location and season. Thus, your shipment is likely working it's way through a heavy inbound queue at the site but should be received via normal processing. If the date in your contents tab arrives without the shipment being received you will be able to open an investigation into it for resolution.
