I have quite a few products which come up Hazmat that arent - Its generally key words which trigger FBA wanting the MSDS sheet or not and if you cant provide the MSDS it can take weeks of them deciding the most obvious of decisions - my record so far is 6 weeks for a pack of bath bombs! I would suggest do not mark as Hazmat if there are no pictograms on the item label (if its not hazardous - alcohol is common in gels and not flammable) and when you convert to FBA it will ask for the MSDS sheet then upload (sometimes it doesnt so wait a few hours then try to add to a shipment and it will allow or not - This has caught me out before and added days to waiting as I didnt check). If you do not have the MSDS go and ask your supplier and have it ready - if its a hand made product photograph your labels and then open a seller support ticket with images of the labels and exemption sheet (they are on the right of the upload page)
