What is going to be with Evri?
We only have Evri as an option for shipping, and despite trying to change it multiple times, we've had no success. Parcels often get lost or arrive late. When we receive an order, we ship it next day as requested by the buyer, but the shipment often arrives two to three days later. According to Evri, the delays are due to external factors. Last week, we had two returns because we missed the promised delivery date. Is there any way we can get a refund for the shipping labels?
