Proof of Registration and Statutes....both invalid... even though they're not!
Hey guys, I'm stuck for the past months. Want to get any suggestions on how to deal with it.
Amazon is requesting me Proof of registration which contains the following: purpose of the company as well as the duties and responsibilities of its members.
My company is registered in Latvia and I have acquired the following document from the register of companies of the Republic of Latvia, it is signed as well. It does contain all the requested information by Amazon and it is in the English language as requested. However, Amazon is rejecting this document, I've tried to re-submit it around 20 times, and every time it got rejected.
Went to translation company, they translated everything, accepted translation with the notary, just ask amazon asked, spent a lot of time and money on this and still they keep rejecting the document without explanation what is missing.
Take a look at the document I provide, maybe someone could tell what is missing?

After every rejection I do contact Seller Support - KYC general questions regarding this matter asking them to explain, which information is exactly missing in the document but every time they just respond with basic copy-paste message that I must have all information mentioned about. Tried calling support, they couldn't help either. What to do in this case? Maybe anyone is from Latvia and could help with this.
Amazon sends me email - -- Provide a copy of the company's Memorandum of Association of The Commercial Law or Articles of association. This document outlines the purpose of the company as well as the duties and responsibilities of its members. For help combining multiple pages and documents in the same PDF file, refer to the informational page linked at the end of this message.
Best regards,
Sandis
