Struggling with Visibility - Sponsored Product Campaign Running but 0 Clicks After 3 Days (High Bids and Top of Search Multiplier Already Applied)

Hi everyone,

I’m a new seller and could really use some advice. I recently launched my first Sponsored Product campaign. After following a few tutorials, I thought I had set everything up for good visibility, but after 3 full days, I’ve had 0 impressions and 0 clicks.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

Selected relevant and trending keywords/search terms that match my product (using Amazon’s suggestions and manual research)

Set high bids per keyword (well above the suggested bid range)

Applied a 100% top of search placement multiplier to boost visibility

Daily budget is more than enough and shouldn’t be limiting the campaign

Campaign type: Sponsored Products – Manual Targeting

Campaign status is showing as "Delivering", not paused or inactive

My listing is active, with around 90% of stock available for sale (a small portion is still in FC transfer)

Despite this, I’m still seeing zero impressions and zero clicks after 72 hours.

Is this normal for a new seller with a first-time campaign? Could the remaining units in FC transfer be affecting visibility? Or is there something else I should check like indexing or campaign setup issues?

Would really appreciate any advice from experienced sellers who’ve been through this. Thanks so much in advance for your help!

Hello @Seller_K3LfRV7HYhTSC,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and while I cannot provide advice from a seller perspective and I really hope this thread gets more views so a few more experienced Sellers are willing to jump in and provide their opinions.

In the interim, I can provide a link to the Sponsored ads bootcamp. In case you have not already been to this, it resides in the free Amazon Ads Academy and 3 areas of focus with several modules under each area of focus. While this is presented in a more general explanation, I am hoping you may be able to pick up some tips and tricks to apply to your own campaigns.

Please let me know how it goes and best of luck.

Best, Dougal
