Catalogue team contact
A product which we have been selling for seven years recently had our images replaced with an image which bears no resemblance to the product in question.
I know that this is a common issue caused by Amazons AI systems, so I contacted seller support. They have escalated the issue to "the catalogue team" but nothing has happened.
Unfortunately, according to the support agents we can get through to, this team is one of those departments within Amazon who are not contactable by the likes of us sellers. Surely this isnt true and someone somewhere has a contact number / email address so I can at least see if someone is really looking into the issue?

I am pretty sure the catalogue team is not contactable by phone/email, but happy to be proven wrong !!
