listing removed due to trademark complain
Hi, I am selling my own registered BRAND from past few months. I used some life style images prepared by a graphic designer. He used some google images and edited those with my Brand name. Unfortunately he did edit the entire image but forgot to change another brand's name in the corner (it was not even clear. we had to zoom in to read the name). It was not my main image. It was only one out of 9 images on my listing. I removed that image as soon as I got call from Amazon.Amazon gave me 5 days to solve this matter. I followed all instruction by account health team's associates. They kept asking me for different changes in my invoice and I did everything what they have asked me to do but nothing worked and my listing is removed.
Now I am receiving automated replies only from internal team to provide me with AUTHORIZATION LETTER from that Brand. How can I submit it if I am not selling that brand? I have submitted all invoices from my supplier, my original product images that have only my brand name. I have my registered brand that I am using on my product.
Please can anyone help me in this matter. The Account health team associate had no idea about rejection reason for my invoice. One Associate told me that as my invoices are not in Chinese and I am buying from China that might be the reason for rejection. I found it ridiculous. How can i read if my suplier send me invoice In Chinese.
I feel that associate have wasted my 5 days as they did not guide me properly and my listing has been removed.
can anyone guide me what to do now?

These situations are always hard to solve, I think that admitting the mistake and reassuring Amazon that it would never happen again, could be the only way out. If read by a decent human. I agree that Amazon is quite unhelpful, as no one seems to understand the issue properly.
On another note, I would not use any graphic designer that takes Google Images without even filtering the ones that have a Creative Common license. There are so many resources where it's easy to get properly licensed photos for not much money or even for free, using Google Images is asking for trouble. It's so easy these days for anyone to find out if any of their photos has been used illegally.
