I've recently encountered a significant issue with my store: all of my FBA products have suddenly lost the Buy Box on June 16th, without any clear reason. Despite continuously restocking and maintaining good account health, this abrupt disappearance is very puzzling. Typically, products with Prime status or those that are competitively priced tend to secure the Buy Box. However, my store has experienced a sudden loss of the Buy Box across all products. This issue affects every item I have sent to FBA. I would greatly appreciate it if Amazon could escalate my case to the team responsible for featured offers and provide me with a response.
