Issue: Valid Tracking Rate is providing incorrect information

We have download the spreadsheet that contains information on our Valid Tracking Rate violations. In all but one case, the reason is that it says there is no physical scan from the carrier, nor a delivery scan.

The tracking numbers have anywhere from 4 to 17 scanned times on each of the tracking numbers, and all have a scanned delivery time and date that are before the guaranteed delivery.

Why is this happening?

Probably because VTR has been broken since April, starting with Purolator.

Are you using an Amazon integrated tracking carrier?
