Google is your friend. I found it easily, but am not allowed to post it here.
A note to all Amazon sellers: Read the agreement you signed, even if it was over 20 years ago, when I first started selling books on Amazon.
Amazon should send all of their sellers an updated version of their Seller Agreement to sign once a year.
FYI, the Amazon Seller Agreement runs 38 pages of dense legalese.
