Set as Manufacture barcode, but FNSKU was printed on my boxes before shipment.
Set as Manufacture barcode, but FNSKU was printed on my boxes before shipment. Did not realize until know. Will amazon except the FNSKU instead of Manufacture barcode, upon delivery? Or I am I going to run into issues?

As noted on the FBA product barcode requirements help page:
By default, we use the manufacturer barcode to track eligible inventory throughout the fulfillment process, unless you change your barcode setting or your product is not eligible.
Provided the manufacturer barcode is still accessible and not covered you should be okay here, but others may weigh in with their own experience.
