Missing VAT invoices

Currently I have no VAT UK invoice issued in August, September, October and November for any of the following Amazon Services
• Subscription
• Storage
• Inbound Transportation
• Inbound Transportation Program Fee
• Promotion Fee
• FBA Storage
• FBA Return Fee
Long Old list isn’t it!!
In addition to this missing any Invoice for Digital Service fee + VAT from Oct
Isn’t not supplying a valid UK invoice when charging VAT illegal?
Customer Services refuse to help

There are no separate invoices for these. Never has been. They are all included (hidden) amongst the Seller Fees and FBA invoices.
It is nigh impossible to break the invoices down to check them. Even if you try, half are listed as “Other” so no joy there.
