Amazon Reserve Policy

Hi,

I have received an email regarding Amazon's reserve base policy and they mentioned in the email we can request to postpone here is the email "If you are concerned about the impact this transition has had, please contact us eu-uk-reserve-policy-extension-amazon. and we’ll evaluate available options to help you, including a transition extension to 30 September 2025."

I sent an email last week but have yet to receive a reply from Amazon I did re-send an email yesterday still waiting for a response. Is there any way I can contact the Amazon UK reserve policy team? I doubt my email is going into spam.
