Authenticity complaints
Hi
I've been having issues with appealing violations. I'm still a new seller although I've sold over 30K and this is my first time dealing with appeals.
I have invoices from big well-known companies like ASOS; STYLEVANA; MandM and my invoices still get rejected because I can't get them to include their contact details which Amazon requires. How come Amazon has no clue how to contact these huge companies and ask them if the invoices are legit. I'm in a peculiar situation where my products are 100% authentic and come from 100% legit suppliesr but there's nothing I can do to prove it.
Has anyone ever worked their way around it? if yes please share your pain and experience.
Many thanks

The companies you mention are retailers rather than wholesalers, Amazon generally looks for wholesaler/manufacturer invoices.

If you are buying from retail, Amazon expect you to sell as 'Used - Like New' not 'New' because of the supply chain - if you'ree selling 'New' then these will likely not be accepted as they are not wholesalers

Hey @Seller_kdJ49QdobO1tU,
Any news on this? Were you able to appeal the violation?
