Subject : Amazon refusing to reimburse for Incorrect Aged Fees and Monthly storage fees.
Hi everyone,
Looking for guidance on this issue. Amazon is refusing to reimburse us for Incorrect Monthly storage fees and Aged fees charged, despite providing evidence of and calculations on how much reimbursement is owed. Instead seller support persists in reimbursing only the order fees of 4.24 USD instead of the Aged fees of 439.40 USD
Repeated requests pointing towards the aged fees have been ignored. I even escalated the case, but the escalation officer admitted he had no access to the reports screen and was just forwarding the issue to another department. The other department would just paste the same response each time.
Can anyone advise me on how to get through to Amazon to get reimbursements of money owed to us please.

This is the UK forum, so presumably it would be better asking on the US forum, as you are mentioning amounts in USD.
