Can someone from Amazon get us help? We have been waiting for months for you to find inventory that you checked in under the wrong ASIN
FBA18X65N9TY We shipped two boxes, Each box with a single ASIN, and they were delivered on the same day to the same warehouse.
Box boxes were checked in on a single ASIN, so the shipment ID that should have 70 units, shows 0 and the ID that only 50 units were shipped, has 120. (now less, I am assuming Amazon has lost or miscounted them
I have asked for a complete ASIN/bin check, I have sent photos of each ASIN and the front and back packaging, because it is TWO different products. We are sitting now for weeks waiting, no help, no expediting and our ASIN that says (0) is out of stock, because it is sitting in the wrong bin. Can someone on Amazon get a warehouse manager to sort this out? not look at a few units, but all of them so they can get the correct ones in the correct slot. I sent them correctly, as I have done this for over 4 years, Amazon has lumped both shipments together and I need this sorted.
