rejected Letter of Authorization Invalid Document

Hi,

I have been trying to submit the letter and there is no luck, I am unable to contact the support either.

I keep getting rejection of Authorizing myself.

can anyone from Amazon help me please.

Hello Roosh_London,

I don't know the circumstances under which you were asked for a L o A but...

There was a known anomaly that under certain circumstances Amazon asks you to use the button to upload a Power of Attorney - but actually wants you to use that upload facility to load a letter from HMR&C with your UTR number on it.

I don't know if this problem/bug still exists

If you search the forums back, say 4 months or more you will find references to this problem

I hope this helps to resolve your situation

As Brian2 says there does seem to be an error sometimes although asking for a letter of authorisation they actually want proof of your UTR number,I had exactly this problem in November and just got a letter from the Tax office ,and uploaded it and been fine since
