Amazon has not refunded a canceled order according to the customer
According to the customer, Amazon has not refunded him for an order that I canceled. I have proof in my "Cancelled order" section that I did indeed cancel the order. I'm worried that Amazon is going to debit my account for this order even though I did not receive any payment.
The customer complained to Amazon, but Amazon sent me an email as follows and appears to be holding me responsible. I responded to the email, but it appears in the same email record with the other emails from the customer about this problem. I cannot contact the customer even if I wanted to because of the order cancellation.
What should I do?

I just canceled an order -- completely forgetting my usual precautionary measure of sending a message reassuring them that they will not be charged.
Your (non)buyer will not receive a refund because they were never charged. Buyers are not charged until the seller confirms the order. However, buyers see the hold placed by Amazon and think they have been charged.
The hold just disappears after a few days.
