As the title says, we now are seeing a risk of late delivery on GA Shipments ( Ground advantage ) And priority as well. We are also seeing it for ups and fedex ground.

It is very important for us to ship all orders same day, buyers buy and they want it shipped fast, yet amazon prime orders we place arrive 5-9 days from when they should, i bought boxes from amazon labeled as prime and they took 15 days.

So they want us to basically make nothing selling here, to ship with faster services, yet they dont want to sacrifice their profit on our orders and are threatening to take action against what i would call, quality sellers.

They talk about managing delivery dates using their tool, but we already set it , clearly its not working.

They say on the message it does not apply to fba, which our company did use in the past, but i cant tell you how many un fulfillable items we could not have destroyed or discarded ended up charging egregious long term storage fees in addition to tons of other fees.

Where is the happy medium here?
