suspended from seller fulfilled prime, how long is the suspension for?

Can anyone let me know how long the suspension of seller fulfilled prime takes to be reopened is it a 30 day suspension or is it permenant?

Amazon will have opened a Support Case to give you Notification of a SFP Suspension = https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/cu/case-lobby

They will tell you within that message what they require of you. It's my understanding that you are suspended until you have done as asked.

If its a suspension due to on-time shipment or Cancellation rate then they would probably want a Plan of Action from you explaining what when wrong and how you have fixed things.
