TSC Printer problem - not printing full fba label

Hi Everyone,

I have had to replace my old Citizen CL - S521 and now have the TSC DA210

My dpd labels are printing off perfect.

But im having issues printing off the Amazon fba labels - ive tried all sorts of settings. Does anyone know how to get it right ?
