If you are a new seller it can take awhile before the money starts moving to you. For new sellers amazon will often hold the money back until after the return period for the product has ended.

Are your proceeds from sales covering all your amazon fees and advertising costs?

d I also set tracking number and they are trackable.

It doesn't matter if you can track them, Amazon's system needs to track them to know when it's delivered. If it can't be tracked in Amazon's system, they default to the latest estimated shipping date.

If Amazon's system can't see the tracking, I believe the policy it is a 3 week wait after the latest confirmed delivery date instead of a 1 week wait.

Hello @Seller_ZNXpgFPy07cbz,

Josh here from Amazon. Thank you for contacting our Amazon Forums! Also, thanks @Seller_y7W9ccUlauftEand @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7for your participation on this discussion!

I just reviewed your account and I can confirm that the payout status is in "Started". Your next scheduled transfer initiation date is 2024-02-25. Transfers can take 3-5 business days to complete and actual transfer amount is subject to change.

The Statement view in your Payments dashboard shows you when and how much you will be paid. This information is automatically updated and available in the Payments dashboard.

The Payments dashboard will sometimes display an Unavailable balance. This is normal when selling on Amazon. An unavailable balance usually indicates the amount of funds that has been reserved to ensure that you have enough funds on hand to fulfill any refund requests from buyers or other types of chargebacks.

View our Help page for more information about when you will be paid. Also, feel free to contact us through Seller Support in case you need further assistance.

I hope this information helps.

Kind Regards,

-Josh
