Don't do FBA probably!

I don't think you have any control over what amazon choose on FBA. I would imagine if its flagged as returnless - could be related to the category its in.

In my experience, unfortunately not. I have asked "seller support" numerous times to no avail as amazon are just enabling and encouraging fraudulent behaviour from customers, the cost of which is borne entirely by the seller, at no expense to amazon. then if you try and report this fraudulent behaviour, all you get, if you are lucky, is it is being investigated by our internal team. Unfortunately, that internal team seems to answer only to the almighty itself and doesn't deign to communicate with the likes of mere mortal complainants and are totally uncontactable. If it wasn't so expensive a policy, it would be funny

@Seller_CCUUTuTOZcQIN I'd be happy to jump in here and provide some detail!

You can turn of returnless resolution by following the below steps:

  1. From the settings drop-down menu, select Fulfillment by Amazon
  2. Scroll to the FBA returns evaluations & ownership settings section and click Edit next to Returnless Resolutions
  3. Disable returnless resolutions for all ASINs OR disable returnless resolutions for selected ASINs (upload a CSV file with one ASIN per row
  4. Click Update

Although changes take effect immediately, only those customer returns created after you enable the setting are eligible for returnless resolutions. If you are having trouble with having this disabled, please contact Seller Support for further investigation!

If you aren't utilizing FBA, you can follow the instructions heref or turning off returnless resolution on seller fulfilled orders.

I hope this helps!
