New pack details template
Amazon have introduced a new template for uploading pack information.
Each pack group is now on a different tab.
IT DOESN'T WORK. Don't they test anything.
The groups don't align and once it has been uploaded it will not allow movement to the next step.
It is just exhausting dealing with them.

I have found a solution.
I downloaded multiple templates. It took around 9 or 10 goes and eventually one of them matched the pack groups. Once I had the matching template then I was able to upload the information.

Hi there
I had this problem yesterday, usually its sets the items for the different pack groups and then you add the size weight of the box, for each one and its done
no box to fill in the boxe sizes this week
Did you mage to sort this , support cant help and have allready packed my small boxes ready

I wrote to Seller Support about this again today. They have just sent a cut and paste answer telling me the information is on the track your savings tile.
When I point out that is incorrect they just ignore me and tell me the same thing again.
A total shambles.

I had the same issue and eventually I saw on a different discussion with a different upload issue the advice was to clear your cache by clicking control + shift + delete. So I did this and also logged out and back into my account and the file uploaded!
