Amazon taking money without my say so
I created an Amazon seller account and within 2 days Amazon started taking money out my account without reason and no one is replying back to me and each case I open gets closed because my account isn’t even active yet! I haven’t even finished updating my documents, I’ve not listed or sold anything!
How do I get my money back?!

It is likely to be the £30 professional selling plan fee, which you will have signed up to when you registered - if you read the small print under the box you will have clicked on to 'sign up' it says £25 + VAT.
You can open a case with seller support 'Help' at top right and request a refund of the unused fee.
You also need to downgrade the plan so no more fees are paid by going to Account Info (cog wheel top right) - Your services - Manage.
