No buy box even though we meet all of the criteria
Hello,
we have a few offers in FBM. We meet all of the criteria for having a buy boxes, our account health is perfect, we have had 3 orders already, 1 with 5 star feedback for a product and a seller, even though we still have no buy boxes. (our account has been created over a year ago)
We are completely lost and have no idea what to do. Has anyone had a similar experience and knows how to fix it?

If you check out similar posts on the forum you will see that MANY people ask exactly the same question time and time again. No-one fully knows what all the criteria are that Amazon use in their algorithm for offering the buy box. It will be all done by bots, and none of us can 'fix it', I'ma afraid.

Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
