Amazon reset all of our premium shipping prices to crazy cheap. Now everyone is ordering Next Day.
Woke up this morning to many orders where customers had selected Next Day for their shipping option.
"Wow, I wonder what's going on," I thought...
Until I saw the prices they were actually paying for the shipping upgrade. It was only a few dollars more above our standard shipping prices.
Amazon reset all of our premium shipping options to only be $10.99.
So now we have a bunch of orders where everyone is ordering Next Day and Amazon wants us to pay $35-$45 each in order to actually ship these Next Day.
Going to have to cancel a lot of orders.
We've been busy getting ready for holiday sales and I haven't been on the forums... Did I miss a memo?

"Did I miss a memo?"
Not that I have seen.
Have you gone into your shipping templates to see if a feed had a wrong price that caused this?
I don't do feeds for the simple reason that one screw up on a number could bankrupt me! I take my chances one ASIN at a time as a result.
