Forgot to attach the shipping label , also the tracking number provided hnaged by the courier.

I need your help if any have faced such situation,
I ordered a package from Korea for my amazon store in UK , after shipping from the Korea i added tracking number in the system , But when the goods arrived in UK DHL changed the tracking number and assigned a new one , which i tried multiple time but not added to the system in the seller central , The goods have been delivered on 25th July to amazon LBA4 FC center But amazon is still tracing it from the old tracking and shows IN transit,
secondly i am afraid my supplier and the courier both forgot to attach the FBA shipping label with my package,
it was delivered on 25th july how can i receive my shipment. what should i do so i may not lost the package,
can i send some one to the warehouse?

The FBA shipping label would be in your case the supplier who is at fault, if they have not supplied the FBA shipping label. The FBA shipping label has the information required which matches to who sent the shipment and the contents.
You will be unable to go to the warehouse yourself to retrieve the parcel unfortunately.
Has the shipment eligible for investigation yet? on the contents tab it should show this information.
