Product Suddenly Moved to Wrong Category - Need Help
Hi everyone,
Has anyone experienced their product being suddenly moved to a different category without making any changes? My product was initially in the correct category with a stable Best Sellers Rank, but it unexpectedly got shifted to a completely different category.
Has anyone else gone through this? If so, how did you resolve it? Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Probably there is a general problem. It is not normal to have such intensity.

I just had one do that today. And it's 1 of 15 flavor variations of the same product, so especially wrong.
I just opened a case and we'll see what happens.
I've previously had a product type get changed by Amazon in error, and they usually fix it after a few days once I open a case.

In general I recommend E-mail as the fastest and easiest way to resolve many issues, particularly when it comes to changing the category. You can also try to change the category yourself using the Self Service Tool. I'm glad it seems you already got your issue resolved.
