NO seller`s protection on Amazon against buyer`s mistakes!
I am absolutely gutted that there is ZERO or less protection when it comes to FBM orders. We have several feedbacks regarding the condition of the products we sell which is clearly described as USED and whatever the condition and Amazon NEVER agrees to remove them although it is clearly the buyer`s mistake. I am wondering how they managed to see the three times discounted price but do not see the condition and the photos that we provide. Has anyone ever gotten any help with this?
