i have sent as much information as possible but getting nowhere with them i have detected our third party program that gathers orders from ebay and amazon sent a message to customer stating our address and customers address sending them a dispatch notice with the royal mail and parcelforce tracking number

we found the fault this was a setting in our set up and has been addressed
this was sending confirmation and dispatch to customer as well as amazon
was sending this when we dispatched the goods we have turned off the
setting our side so no more messages will be sent please note these were
not unsolicited messages just a confirmation of order and shipping tracking
number this is all that was happening
1 we have turned off the setting so no more messages will be sent on
dispatch
2 our service provided has been notified and helped us solve the problem
3 message was only a dispatch comfimation and royal mail tracking number
so not unsolicited
4 we will keep monitoring the situation and abide by the amazon policy rules
in the future
