How do you inadvertently and unknowingly change your company name?

I can't offer any help - I'm just honestly interested in the answer.

Changed your company name as registered with Companies House or, or just tinkered with it on your Amazon account?

If on Companies House then how you do that without realising is really quite baffling.

If on Amazon then good luck with all their hurdles. You either change all your official stuff to match, or try changing the alteration on Amazon back to what it was and await all the mess which is heading your way!

If neither of those apply, then totally clueless.
