We have been using FBA for a long time and have recently moved one product to be seller fulfilled. I need to apply for the Prime status trial, but Amazon is stating I don't have permissions to view that page. My boss and I tried adding the permission, but Amazon said:

"Identity verification is required in some countries/regions before granting this permission. Expand this permission to see affected locations, or review the required actions at the top of the page."

We are in the US. Im not finding much information about other people running into this issue. Can someone tell me how to get permissions to view the Seller Fulfilled Prime application?
