Import entry numbers for packages delivered to the UK
Hello everyone!
Amazon has started asking for import entry numbers for packages delivered to the UK. Our forwarder said that he would not be able to provide such a number for previous parcels, since everything was processed through DDP and they were acting as the importer. Could you please tell me how to get out of the situation, has anyone encountered this? Will Amazon penalize for not providing a number?

Is anyone ordering DDP and receiving the goods without an IEN? Is this compliant or how do you become compliant?

Yes, we have same, forwarder do not give IENs for DDP shipments.
From now we switched to DDU incoterms for future shipments, have no idea what to do with previous entries.
