Customer did that scam and fraud and Amazon ask to us pay off money

I did email to Amazon more then 120 times and had given explanations all the time how customer did scam and fraud with us. Even customer didn’t send back to us product so how we can refund, and Amazon all ready paid to customer without letting us know, and now Amazon ask to us pay off money and I did reported so many times that but no one respond to me proper such really shame on Amazon how they given services to us,

I think I have a rough idea about your problem, so to confirm...the customer has bought an item from you that they wish to return, what was the reason given for the return?

Did the customer use a pre-paid return and that triggered the automatic refund to the customer? The courier would physically need to have the goods and the postal label barcode on the item packaging scanned for the refund to be given to the customer. or has the courier got the item and the item has been lost on its way back to you?

Please also explain this part of your query "and now Amazon ask to us pay off money"?

I'm not 100% sure what has actually happened here.

I take it a customer opened a return request? Did they get a refund at first scan?

Beyond the fact the customer got refunded, I'm not entirely sure what happened.
